seasonable
The seasonal-staff platform

The only season planner a campsite needs.

From the first work slip in January to the last payment in October. Availability, confirmations, housing and pay in one place, ready on the day the season opens.

The platform

One season, start to finish.

Four moments decide whether a season runs. Seasonable holds all four, and they stay connected: the work slip you collect in January is the one that pays out in October.

  1. jan

    Collect the dates once.

One link goes out. Everyone fills in the weeks they can work, from their phone, without an account. The season starts filling itself in while you do something else.

    • Werkbriefje per person, per season
    • Gaps visible before anyone has booked a holiday
    • Last year's people, dates and notes already there
  2. mrt

Confirm the returners in one go.

Select everyone coming back, send. Each person gets their own weeks, their own rate and a signature line. You watch the counter climb instead of scrolling a chat.

    • Bulk confirm, one action
    • Signed PDF stored on the person, not in a mailbox
    • Who signed, who to chase, live
  3. mei

    Beds assigned, no double bookings.

Chalets, caravans and rooms on one board, week by week. Drag someone to a bed and the system refuses the clash before you find it in July.

    • Occupancy per week, per bed
    • Clash refused at the moment you make it
    • Who is on site tonight, in one screen
  4. okt

Pay runs from the same work slip.

The weeks you planned are the weeks you pay. No re-typing into a second system, no arguing in November about who worked which changeover.

    • Hours and rates from the confirmed weeks
    • Per person, per season, exportable
    • Signed record behind every amount
Why Seasonable

Good staff come back like swallows.

The same faces, the same weeks, the same chalet. That is the whole advantage of a seasonal business, and most campsites lose it every winter to a spreadsheet nobody can find. Seasonable keeps the nest: dates, history, rate, housing, per person, season after season.

From the maker

Seasonable did not start as a product. It started because one campsite owner kept losing three weeks every spring to a spreadsheet, a stack of paper work slips and a group chat that scrolled past midnight.

We built the thing that fixed it for them first, ran a real season on it, and only then turned it into software other parks could use. That order matters. Every screen in here exists because a season needed it, not because it looked good in a demo.

Get the season sorted.

Twenty minutes, no slides. We put your own staff list on the screen and you decide whether it beats the spreadsheet.
