Pricing questions

How do you count "scheduled staff"?

You're billed each month only for staff who are actually on that month's schedule: a confirmed or pending shift, work confirmation, or housing assignment. Staff you haven't hired yet, or who left last season, don't count and cost nothing.

What happens outside the season, when I have no staff scheduled?

Your bill goes to €0. There's no monthly minimum and nothing to cancel: the subscription simply costs nothing until you start scheduling next season.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding and data import are included in every plan. Scale customers additionally get a dedicated onboarding session.

Can I switch plans mid-season?

Yes. Plans adjust automatically as your staff count crosses a tier threshold. You're never charged for a tier you don't need.

Is there an annual contract?

No. There's no commitment period: you pay month to month for whoever's actually scheduled, and can stop at any time without it costing you anything extra.
